at&t Customer service

I went into an at&t store the other day and asked if they could help me with a issue that was going on with my phone, They said that I could call customer, So asked well can't you since it is kinda your job to and he said not. No wonder why T-mobile gets so many awards on their customer service.

1 GB of RAM now

I got my 1 gig of RAM yesterday when I went to BestBuy and they kind of helped me with it The guy was not really sure what or how so that was good. I got it and it is running better than ever, running super fast and I am really happy with the upgrade that I made.

Neoprene case For the eee PC

It seems as if you can in fact get a neoprene case for your eee PC with windows. Because When you call they supposedly think that they should come with it when they do not. I will be calling in either tonight or tomorrow I will keep you posted on this.
